Isaiah 40:30
They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
I was thinking of this verse a little bit earlier today and it occurred to me that an important part of it is the word WAIT. Waiting is tied into the “good stuff” that follows but often the waiting is the very hardest thing to do.
Tomorrow my wait is over. I begin the last procedure for thyroid cancer. I am beginning to feel life stir inside me again…some excitement to get back to the business of life prior to cancer. My body is tired.
It will be next week before I enter a new blog but Curt will make sure to update once, maybe twice after this is over to let folks know how it went and any new information.
I am at peace going into this. God’s people are praying. I feel it. THANK YOU so much!!
