I am so glad that the surgery is over, and you can begin to heal once again. I pray that the Holy Spirit will comfort you and give you complete peace as you walk this journey. God is so good, and just keep remembering He is always with you; He is always for you. There is a joy in this journey that you would not have known without going through it. The fear of cancer's ravages is real, and you are not faithless to not want to go through it. I have leukemia, and the least little thing can bring the fear of it's raising its ugly head again right there-front and center. We are just human Carmel-and if we could do this alone, then what good would GOD be to us? Remember, Christ even asked GOD to remove his cup from him, if possible. But then He said, "But not my will but thy will." That's the bottom line, and I KNOW that no matter what, GOD is with me , as He is with you, and I want to keep him right beside me-all the way. I know you do also, and you will. That is the peace that passes all understanding. This is my true joy. I also see Rafat Ansari. He is wonderful, compassionate, and so gifted.
